微灌用过滤器过滤性能分析及应用选型研究 被引量:29

摘要 灌水器被称为微灌系统中的心脏,其水流孔径一般都很小,这就要求灌溉水中不含有能够造成灌水器堵塞的污物,因此对灌溉水进行净化处理是保证微灌系统正常运行的关键,而合理设计和配置过滤设备则是保证灌溉水净化处理的关键措施。通过对微灌用过滤器过滤性能的分析,从而得出了各种过滤器的适用条件。根据灌溉水中所含污物性质、含量高低、固体颗粒粒径、灌水器流道尺寸、灌溉需水量大小、灌溉系统性质、出流方式等因素选择与当地相适宜的过滤器。随着经济和科学技术的发展,具有自动化控制功能的过滤器和组合型过滤器将会成为微灌用过滤设备的选择趋势。 Emitter is the heart of the micro-irrigation system ,its aperture is very Small, it is necessary that the water can't have any impurities which will cause the emitter to plug. So cleanse the water is the key of assuring micro-irrigation system working normally, and reasonable design and providing filtration equipment is the key measure to assure the water clean. By means of analyzing the filtration capability, the use condition of every filter is educed. According to the factor of impuritieskinds, content high or low, emitter size, water requirements, and irrigation, the emitter would be chosed well. With the development of the economy and technoogy, the roboticized emitter and combined emitter will be the trend of choosing.
