摘要
共扦取55个优质品种小麦样品559份,检测数据9443个,涉及全省17个省辖市,92个市(县)。根据国家标准强筋小麦品质指标判定,所检优良品种小麦符合国家优质二等以上的占整体优质小麦品种的3.8%;根据国家标准弱筋小麦品质指标判定,所检优良品种小麦符合优质弱筋小麦占整体优质小麦品种的1%。
The total 559 quality wheat samples were derived from 55 wheat varieties, which planted in 17 districts and 92 city or county area of Henna province in 2007. According to the Chinese national standard of quality wheat specification, the proportion of the strong gluten quality wheat over grade two is 3.8% , and that of the week gluten quality wheat is 1.0% based on the total 9 943 quality analysis data.
