摘要
探讨了用分光光度法测定杜仲花粉黄酮含量的方法。该方法以芦丁作为对照品,采用NaNO2—Al(NO3)3—NaOH体系显色,芦丁标准曲线为A=0.0041C+0.0073,R=0.9952,在波长510nm下检测总黄酮含量为3.29%。
In this paper, we determinated the content of flavonoids in eucommiae pollen by spectrophotometry and use rutin as the standard sample and adopt NaNO2-AI(NO3)3-NaOH system for colouration. The egression equation of rutin Standard curver is A=0.004 1 C+0.007 3, R=0.995 2. The detection of total flavonoids is at 510 nm wavelength and its level is 3.29%.
