摘要
本文探讨了模型化合物萘在ZrO2/SO24固体超强酸催化剂作用下制备出富含环烷结构的萘齐聚物,由此产物经过简单热解制备中间相沥青的研究。着重从中间相沥青在有机溶剂中的溶解度观点出发,并结合软化点、各向异性含量、H/C原子比等参数,探讨了制备条件对最终产物性质的影响。实验结果表明,族组成中各组分适当比例的搭配是形成优质中间相沥青的必要条件。
Using ZrO 2/SO 2 4 solid superacid as a catalyst, naphthalene oligomers prepared from model compoundnaphthalene, which are rich in naphthenic unit, could be easily transformed into mesophase pitch through pyrolysis under normal pressure The effect of preparation conditions on mesophase properties (including anisotropic content, polarized light texture, softening point and H/C atom ratio etc ) were investigated based on the viewpoint of solubility in toluene and pyridine The results indicated that appropriate proportion of the constituent fractions is necessary for the formation of exceelent mesophase pitch
