摘要 电镀涉及很多电化学理论,若对电化学一无所知,就无法理解电镀生产中发生的许多现象和故障的原因,也就无法应用好相应的工艺技术及设备,将返工量降至最低,并不断提高电镀质量。例如,我们总希望镀层细致光亮、整平性好,整个镀层既要厚度均匀,又要薄且性能良好,加工成本低。那么,究竟哪些因素影响最终效果?如何将这些因素控制在最佳范围?其中涉及不少电化学知识。因此,搞电镀并不难(过去一些外行人搞几个盆盆罐罐、一台破旧整流器也在镀锌),但要搞得好,要一步一步上档次就很难。
