摘要
研究了苯并三氮唑(BTA)缓蚀剂与ZnSO4和/或润湿剂的协同作用对铜合金的钝化效果,以及后处理对铜合金试片耐蚀性的影响。得到最佳的操作条件为:1g/LBTA,0.4g/LZnSO4,4mL/L润湿剂,温度80°C,pH4~5,时间5min。钝化后及时去除钝化膜表面的水,可使其耐中性盐雾时间达到30h以上。
The passivation effectiveness of the synergism of benzotriazole (BTA) with ZnSO4 and/or wetting agent for copper alloys and the effect of post-treatment on the corrosion resistance of passivation coating were studied. The optimal operation conditions were obtained as follows: 1 g/L BTA, 0.4 g/L ZnSO4, 4 mL/L wetting agent, temperature 80 ℃, pH 4-5 and time 5 min. The time to failure in neutral salt spray test is over 30 h if the water on film surface is immediately removed after passivation.
