鼻爽清洗液临床疗效研究

Study on clinical curative effects of Bishuang solution

目的通过对鼻内镜术后患者采用鼻爽清洗液冲洗鼻腔及鼻窦,观察术腔变化,评定鼻爽清洗液的临床疗效。方法随机选择300例鼻内镜术后患者,采用鼻爽清洗液进行鼻腔及鼻窦冲洗,记录术腔变化,参考疗效标准,分析临床疗效。结果300例患者中除1例发生过敏反应终止外,54例在3次冲洗后好转,失访;245例患者达到治愈。冲洗次数最短3次,最长8次。结论鼻爽清洗液对鼻内镜术后术腔的转归、恢复能起到良好的辅助作用,大大缩短了术后康复的时间。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effects of Bishuang solution（BSS）. Methods 300 cases after endoscopic sinus surgery（ESS） were randomly selected. All the cases were treated by irrigating the operative cavity with BSS after ESS, and then the therapeutic effects of BSS were evaluated. Results Out of 300 cases, 1 case stopped irrigating because of allergic reaction; 54 cases were improved after three-times of irrigation and lost follow-up, and the others were cured. Conclusion Irrigation of the operative cavity with BSS is very beneficial to the promotion of nasal mucosa recovery after ESS and can result in a better morphological recovery.
