Legal Perspective of the Social Security of Migrant Farmer Workers

随着我国工业化进程的加快,农民工的社会保障问题受到普遍关注。然而,我国当前的社会保障法律制度还存在着许多问题,对农民工的保护遇到了很多困难,因此构建一个以社会保险为基础、以社会救助和社会福利为补充的农民工社会保障体系,对于维护农民工的基本权益、改革整个社会保障体系有着重大的意义。

With the accelerated process of China＇s industrialization, migrant farmer workers＇social security problems become common concen. However, China＇s current legal systems of social security exist many problems, the protection of migrant farmer workers encountered many difficulties. So to build a social security system which takes social insurance as basis, takes social assistance and social welfare of migrant farmer workers as supplement will be great significance to the maintenance of the basic rights of migrant farmers workers, and to the reform of the entire social security system.
