放火案件与爆炸火灾案件在现场勘查中的异同

The Similarities and Differences in Scene Investigation between Arson Case and Explosion Case

文章从放火案件与爆炸火灾现场的特点入手,从进入现场的时间、现场的保护、对待尸体的态度等五个方面对两种案件在现场勘查中的相同点进行了论述,同时又从现场勘查的重点、勘查的范围、烟熏痕迹在两种案件现场的作用等四个方面对其不同点进行了分析,以期能够对侦查人员在现场勘查中有所帮助,全面提升放火案件和爆炸火灾案件现场勘查水平。

Starting from the scene characteristics of arson case and explosion case, this article discusses the similarities of the two kinds of cases from the five aspects such as the time of entering the scene; the protection of the scene; the attitude towards the body, and so on. Meantime, it analyzes the differences from the four aspects, such as the emphasis of crime scene investigation; the area of scene investigation and the function of smoke traces on the two crime scene. Master these characteristics will help us in scene investigation and promote the level of investigation.
