摘要
介绍了海外电力建设EPC项目的特点,结合在印度D厂项目建设过程中的部分感受,分析了计划管理在EPC项目中的作用、计划管理失败的原因,并就如何加强"广义"计划管理、有效控制项目工期提出了一些看法。
This article introduces the characteristics of overseas EPC power plant project. Combined with some experiences gained during the construction of Durgapur Power Plant 1 ×300 MW Extension 7^th Unit in India, it briefly analyzes the role of the planning management played in the EPC project, and construes some failure reasons in the planning management, It also puts forward some viewpoints on strengthening general planning management and effective control of construction schedule of the project.
