摘要 印尼南望和巴齐丹项目为热带海滨电站,许多辅机设备过流介质为海水。在设备采购时既要保证设备能够正常运行,又要考虑节约成本的问题。在技术参数均能满足设计要求的前提下,材质及防腐不仅关系到设备的使用年限,材质的改变还会引起较大的成本变化。本文针对海水泵、胶球清洗装置及二次滤网等设备的金属材料及防腐进行了性能总结,对较为典型的316L、317LN和双相不锈钢的耐海水腐蚀特性进行了比较,提出了较为合理的选材方案,对今后同类别辅机的采购具有一定借鉴意义。 For on tropical coastal coal-fired power plant which has many auxiliary equipment with seawater medium, it is necessary not only to guarantee the normal operation, but also to consider the issue of cost savings, Under the promise that all the technical parameters can meet the design requirements, material selection and corrosion resistance not only relate to the service life, but also cause the cost changes. The performance of metal material and corrosion resistance is summarized with regard to the auxiliaries such as seawater booster pump and debris filter, 316L, 317LN and double phase stainless steel. Three kinds of typical seawater corrosion resistant steel are selected and compared. A reasonable material selection plan is put forward which is helpful to the procurement of the same kind of auxiliaries.
