重症脑出血并发ARDS的机械通气治疗

Treatment of mechanical ventilation on patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage combined ARDS

目的探讨重症脑出血并发急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)患者机械通气治疗的策略及疗效。方法重症脑出血并发ARDS患者在常规治疗的基础上予以机械通气。分析治疗前后呼吸指标的变化。结果机械通气治疗后,与机械通气前比较,各项指标包括呼吸频率(RR)、氧分压(PaO2)、二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、血氧饱和度(SpO2)均有改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重症脑出血并发ARDS患者,给予机械通气治疗后可明显改善患者的呼吸功能,减少病死率。

Objective To investigate the strategies and the therapeutic effects of mechanical ventilation（MV） on patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage combined ARDS. Methods Patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage combined ARDS received mechanical ventilation on the basis of routine treatment. The clinical data of the patients before MV and after MV were analyzed. Resuits The level of PaO2 and SpO2 inereased,RR and PaCO2 decreased after MV than before MV. PaO2, RR, PaCO2 and SpO2 had statistical differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ventilation can evidently improve the respiratory function and reduce the mortality of patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage combined ARDS.
