摘要
采用双辊快淬法制备Mm(NiCoAlMn)x(4.8<x<5.2)稀土贮氢合金,分析测试了合金的微观结构、吸放氢和电化学性能.结果表明,合金晶粒尺寸小于50 nm,组织形貌为柱状晶结构;吸放氢平台较宽,可逆性好;合金粉活化快、放电容量高,循环寿命长,大电流放电性能好.
In this paper, the rare-earth hydrogen storage alloy of Mm(NiCoA1Mn)x (4.8〈x〈5.2)synthesized by double-roller rapid quenching was studied. The microstructure, hydrogen absorbing/desorbing as well as electrochemical performances of the material were analyzed. The obtained alloy showed columnar structure with grain size of less than 50 nm. Properties test indicated the alloy has a high rate of performance including: wide hydrogen absorping/desorping plateau region, excellent reversibility, rapid activated speed, high discharge capacity, long cyclic life, and better high rate discharge capahbility.
