摘要
对用快淬法制备的层状Li[NixLi1/3-2x/3Mn2/3-x/3]O2(1/6≤x≤1/2)进行了详细地研究,通过正交实验确定了材料的最佳合成工艺条件.将在950℃制备的层状LiMn0.5Ni0.5O2组装成电池,以0.5C充放电,其放电比容量可达到143 mA.h/g.
The layered structure Li[NixLi1/3-2x/3Mn2/3-x/3]O2(1/6≤x≤1/2)material synthesized by rapid quenching method was studied. The optimal synthesis conditions were obtained through orthogonal test. The LiMn0.5Ni0.5O2 material prepared at 950℃ was then used to fabricate a cell. The specific discharge capacity of the cell reached 143 mA·h/g at the charging/discharging rate of 0. 5℃.
