摘要
目前对竞争情报特征的归纳已有很多,但不少人忽略竞争情报与军事情报的密切关系,忽略竞争情报的"准军事"特征。从竞争情报的缘起、竞争情报从业人员的军事背景、竞争情报理论思想和方法以及反竞争情报的准军事特征4个方面来分析竞争情报的"准军事性"特征,并对战争游戏法和企业竞争情报作战室做一重点介绍,期待人们对竞争情报的"准军事"特征给予重视。
The characteristics of competitive intelligence have been summarized a lot by now. However, the close relationships between competitive intelligence and military intelligence have been neglected by many people, that is, its ＂quasi-military nature＂ is neglected. This paper analyzes the ＂quasi-military nature＂ of enterprise competitive intelligence from the perspectives of the origin of competitive intelligence, the military background of competitive intelligence practitioners, the theoretical ideology and method of competitive intelligence, and the quasi-military characteristics of defensive competitive intelligence. The paper also gives a detailed description of the war-gaming method and the competitive intelligence battle room. Just hope people will attach more importance to the quasimilitary nature of competitive intelligence.
