本文探讨了Web的数据挖掘可能涉及的若干伦理问题,建议从法律和技术手段,职业道德,广泛的舆论监督,政府的有效监管等方面来解决这些问题。
By discussing the ethic problems that may be involved in Web data mining, the author suggests that they can be solved by means of legal and technical manners, professional ethics, extensive public opinion supervision and effective governmental regulations.
