高校图书馆文献信息服务需求调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Literature and Information Service Demand in University Libraries

根据对部分读者的问卷调查数据,分析了用户的反馈意见,提出了以用户信息需求为导向,加强高校图书馆文献信息资源建设,大力开展读者培训教育,强化文献信息宣传导读以及加强馆际合作,实现信息资源共建共享的建议。

According to the data offered by the questionnaire of partial readers, this article analyzes their pinions, and suggests that we should, based on the users＇ information demand, strengthen the library information resources construction in universities, devote major efforts to readers ＇ training, intensify the propaganda and guidance work on information resources and strengthen the inter-library corporation so as to realize the joint construction and sharing of information resources.
