摘要
本文通过对开放存取的含义及本质特征的分析,论述了开放存取给高校图书馆带来的机遇和挑战,探讨了在开放存取模式下,高校图书馆应采取的举措。
Based on the analysis of the meanings and essential characteristics of Open Access, this essay discusses the opportunities and the challenges the Open Access brings to the university libraries, and it also probes into the countermeasures the libraries should take within the framework of Open Access.
