摘要
从企业互联网应用战略出发,以减少企业—客户的网络信息交流障碍为目的,首先探讨了大型企业网站的作用;其次提出基于香农—韦弗通信技术模型和贝罗信息传播模型的企业—客户网络信息交流模型,并揭示了模型中的噪声类型及其影响;最后论述了大型企业网站IA的具体策略和内容。
From the perspective of enterprise Internet application strategy and aiming at reducing the hindrance in the process of enterprise-customer Web communication, this paper first explores the role of the large-sized enterprise website, secondly proposes an Enterprise-Customer Web Communication Model based on Shannon-Weaver' s model and Berlo' s model and illustrates the types and influences of the noises in the model, and finally puts forwards some strategies and contents of large-sized enterprise website IA design.
