Current Situation of Higher Education for Adults and its Scientific Management

随着我国高等教育向大众化和终身教育社会发展的不断推进,当前成人高等教育出现了许多新的趋势和特点,也面临着发展中存在的诸多问题和矛盾。本文从分析成人教育现状入手,就我国成人教育的管理机制科学构建的研究,旨在树立成人高等教育的科学发展观,使成人教育可持续发展,更好地为经济社会又好又快发展服务。

Along with its popularity and development as a way of life long education, higher education for adults presents new features which had brought new challenges and problems. Based on an analysis of the current situation of higher education for adults, the authors of this article have done a research on how to manage it scientifically. The authors suggest that the Outlook of Scientific Development should be adhered to for a sustainable development of higher education for adults and a good service for the economy development.
