摘要
碳还原氧化铜的实验效果与碳的种类、氧化铜纯度、加热源温度等许多因素有关。首先从热力学角度探讨该实验可能发生的反应历程,再在不同质量比例、不同种类的碳、不同纯度氧化铜、不同温度等实验条件下进行实验,并对其反应产物进行鉴定,用简单比较法找出碳还原氧化铜的最佳实验条件。结果表明,最佳实验条件是:碳粉和氧化铜质量比为1∶11.5;混合研磨时间为15 min;用火焰温度较高的酒精喷灯加热;碳粉选择还原性碳粉;氧化铜选择分析纯氧化铜。
The type of selected carbon, purity of copperoxide, heating temperature and so on have a great influence on the reaction of copperoxide reduced by carbon. The possible mechanism of the reaction has been discussed from thermodynamics point of view in this paper. And then the temperature, selected carbon type, matching proportion and grinding degree are discussed. The best experimental condition has been found by the parallel experiments with different conditions. The ratio of reduced carbon powder and pure copperoxide should be 1 : 11. 5 and the grinding time of mixture is 15 min while alcohol bath is used to heat the mixture.
