建筑聚苯板外墙外保温的构造和施工技术

Brief Discussion on Construction Technology of External Insulation with Polystyrene Board

重庆市财富中心住宅楼外墙面和阳台采用保温的聚苯板,由粘结层、保温层及饰面层组成。施工时将聚苯板用特制结构胶粘贴到基层上,外侧用阻燃玻璃纤维网及水泥粘结胶浆保护,形成集保温、防水、装饰功能为一体的外保温体系。主要施工工艺为粘贴聚苯板、铺压玻璃纤维网、嵌缝密封膏和涂面层抗裂砂浆涂料。

The external walls and balconies of residential buildings in Chongqing Fortune Center used polystyrene boards which were composed with three layers of adhesive layer, insulation layer and facing layer. Polystyrene board was adhered to the base with special structural adhesive and the outside was protected by flame-rctardant glass-fiber mesh and cement slurry to form an integrated external insulation system with thermal insulation, waterproof and decoration. The main construction technology includes bonding polystyrene board, installing fiber-glass mesh, caulking and sealing, applying surface anti-crack mortar and coating.
