摘要 目的在道路运输企业中开展安全综合评价以减少道路交通事故尤其是重特大道路交通事故的发生。方法运用层次分析法建立了一个多级道路运输企业安全综合评价指标体系,并在此基础上采用基于灰色关联分析的评价指标权重的确定方法。结果对道路运输企业进行了模糊综合评价。结论有效把握道路运输企业安全中的薄弱环节,有利于针对性地开展工作,减少道路交通事故的发生。 Aim To a safety comprehensive evaluation as one of the effective means to reduce traffic accidents,especially fearful accidents.Methods Safety comprehensive evaluation in road transportation enterprises is a decision-making process.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model must be considered when we establish model.The multilevel indexes system of road transportation enterprises was constructed by analytical hierarchy process(AHP) based on the investigation circumstances of safety status and synthetic analysis of various factors affecting safety in road transportation enterprises.Confirmed weight value of each index by grey relational degree,index of evaluation factors could be quantified and digitized by the method of average value was constructed.The method will make a scientific and reasonable analysis for the safety in road transportation enterprises,therefore,road transportation enterprises were evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method after three grade fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Results The comprehensive evaluation mathematics model of road transportation enterprises is built.The comprehensive evaluation results reflected safety factual status of road transportation enterprises after proving in practice,the governor will analyze and research the data of comprehensive evaluation result and search for defect,so,problems would be dealt with quickly.Conclusion Traffic accidents could be prevented and decreased if fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is applied in road transportation enterprises.
