目的研究C型产气荚膜梭菌BL21(DE3)(pXETAB2B1)三价灭活苗的免疫效力。方法制备C型产气荚膜梭菌BL21(DE3)(pXETAB2B1)三价灭活苗,免疫接种奶牛及ICR小鼠,分别进行静脉采血,观察抗血清中和C型产气荚膜梭菌强毒株C59-2毒素粗提物的情况。结果奶牛抗血清中和C型产气荚膜梭菌强毒株C59-2毒素粗提物达到60%;ICR小鼠抗血清中和C型产气荚膜梭菌强毒株C59-2毒素粗提物达到100%。结论C型产气荚膜梭菌BL21(DE3)(pXETAB2B1)三价灭活苗能中和C型产气荚膜梭菌强毒株C59-2毒素粗提物。

Objective To observe the immune efficiency of inactivated vaccine BL21, DE3 and pXETAB2B1 of clostridium perfringens type C. Methods The Cows and ICR mouse were immunized with inactivated vaccine BL21, DE3 and pXETAB2B1 of clostridium perfringens type C. Then the bovine and mouse anti - serum were gotten to neutralize C59 - 2 exotoxin of clostridium perfringens type C. Results The bovine and mouse anti - serum can neutralize C59 -2 exotoxin of clostridium perfringens type C to 60% and 100 %, respectively. Conclusion The inactivated vaccine BL21, DE3 and pXETAB2B1 of clostridium perfringens type C can neutralize C59 -2 exotoxin of clostridium perfringens type C.
