摘要 目的探讨肺部多层螺旋CT检查时进行冠状动脉和主动脉钙化的筛查。方法708例肺部多层螺旋CT检查者,标准纵隔窗观察冠状动脉和主动脉钙化情况。结果708例检查者冠状动脉钙化总阳性率为13.8%,男性阳性率显著高于女性(P<0.05),两性的阳性率随年龄的增加而增高;708例检查者胸主动脉钙化总阳性率为23.02%,男性阳性率与女性无差别(P>0.05),男性和女性主动脉钙化阳性率随年龄的增加而增高。主动脉钙化最常见的部位为主动脉弓部,最少见于升主动脉。结论肺部多层螺旋CT检查的同时可以筛查冠状动脉和主动脉钙化,冠状动脉和主动脉钙化的检出对冠心病的诊断具有重要的临床意义。 Objective To study prevalence and clinical significance of coronary artery and aortic calcification in lung screening using multi - slice spiral CT. Methods 708 subjects lung screening using multi - slice spiral CT. Standard mediastinal windows were used for showing the presence or absence of calcification in coronary arteries and aorta. Results The frequency of coronary artery calcification was 13.8% in total 708 subjects, the prevalence was higher in male than in female (P 〈 0.05 ), the frequency of coronary artery calcification increased with age in both gender; the frequency of aortic calcification was 23.02% in total 708 subjects, and there was no significant difference between two gender (P 〉 0.05 ), the prevalence of aortic calcification increased with age in both male and female. The frequency of calcification was the highest in the arch and lowest in the ascending aorta. Conclusion The lung screening using multi - slice spiral CT can be used to screen of coronary artery and aortic calcification, the detection of calcification of coronary arteries and aorta has important clinical significance which relates with coronary heart disease.
