严重多发伤患者抢救中损伤控制策略的临床应用 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨严重多发伤患者抢救中损伤控制(Damage control,DC)策略临床应用的效果。方法回顾性分析113例严重多发伤患者(创伤评分ISS≥16),其中42例患者采取DC策略抢救(DC组),71例患者采用传统常规方式抢救(传统组),比较两组患者多脏器功能障碍综合征(MODS)的发生率和死亡率。结果DC组MODS的发生率和死亡率均低于传统组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论严重多发伤患者抢救中DC策略的临床应用,能明显降低严重多发伤患者MODS的发生率和死亡率。
