Construction of Faculty’s Training Model at Medical Colleges Under the Pattern of "School-based In-service Training"

校本培训是医学院校提高青年教师素质的一种经济长效的重要途径。本文围绕校本培训的内涵和必要性，重点从组织、文化、目标、内容、方法、保障六个系统，阐述了“校本培训”为主的医学院校教师培养模式的构建。

School-based in-service training is an effective and economical means to improve the quality of young teachers at medical colleges. This paper discusses the construction of school-based in-service training mode by focusing on the organization, culture, objectives, contents, methods, quality guarantee system based on the implication and necessity of teacher training at medical colleges.
