摘要 目的探讨竞赛活动在《护理学基础》实验教学中的应用效果。方法随机将2005级320名本科护生分为实验组及对照组,实验组采用竞赛教学法进行《护理学基础》实验课的教学,对照组采用传统教学方法,对两组护生进行阶段性操作考核,并对实验组护生进行问卷调查。结果实验组护生的操作考核成绩明显高于对照组(P〈0.001),实验组护生对在实验课教学中引入竞赛活动的教学效果评价良好。结论把竞赛活动引入《护理学基础》实验教学,可有效提高教学质量和学生的综合能力。 Objective To explore the effects of competitive activities on experiment teaching of Fundamentals of Nursing. Methods Totally 320 nursing undergraduate students of year 2005 were randomly divided into two groups, and competition-based teaching method was used in the experimental group while the conventional teaching method was used in the control group. All the students took the test of practical capability, and questionnaire was also given to the students in the experimental group. Results Performance of students in the experimental group was significant better than that of students in the control group I P 〈 0. 001 }, and the students in the experimental group made a positive evaluation of competition-based experiment teaching of the course. Conclusion Introducing competitive activities in experiment teaching of Fundamentals of Nursing can effectively improve the teaching quality and elevate students' comprehensive competency.
