“面向高原,把好六关”着力培养适应基层需要的新型复合型人才

Making Efforts to Train New-type Comprehensive Talents Meeting the Grass-root Needs by Facing High-altitude Regions and Holding Six Points

面向高原，注重质量，突出特色，严把六关（招生入学关、入学教育关、理论教学关、现场教学关、军事演习关、毕业分配关），着力培养高原上得去、留得住、用得上、高原最需要的新型复合型人才，为特色办学走出一条新路。开设高原军事医学专业，招收五年制本科生，是我校军事医学教育改革的重要成果。

This paper proposes a new school-running pattern to train new-type comprehensive talents who are most needed in high-altitude regions, and can stay there long by attaching importance to recruited students＇ quality, giving priority to special feature and holding 6 points： student enrolment, education upon admission, theory teaching, on-the-spot teaching, military exercises, and jobassignment upon graduation. Offering the program of high-altitude military medicine and recruit five-year-program undergraduates are the important achievements of reform of military medical education in our university.
