The main mistakes existing in the kinds and constructions of urban recreational culture： the vacancy of social public recreational culture, the disappearance of elegant recreational culture, the public low taste for recreational culture activities. Based on post-modernist perspective, it finally puts forward some ideas for establishing urban recreational culture.
