摘要
医患纠纷已成为社会关注的热点和难点问题。经济改革、医疗改革、信任危机和法治建设构成了我国医患纠纷演变中的主要制约因素。为化解医患纠纷,应加强医患关系的理论研究,医疗机构应改变观念,建立科学的医患纠纷处理机制,强化质量管理。
Since 1980s economic reform, medical reform, trust crisis, and legal construction have constituted the main restrictive factors of the evolution of doctor-patient dispute in our country. Doctor-patient dispute has been a hot issue as well as a difficult problem in our society. In order to defuse doctor-patient dispute more attentions should be paid to the theory research of doctor-patient relationship, medical institution should change concept, establish scientific solution mechanism of doctor-patient dispute, strengthening quality management.
