三牙轮钻头牙轮形状特征识别技术研究

摘要 研究了2D工程图形状特征的识别机制和技术。针对牙轮图形特点,改进和完善了基于规则的符号模板匹配法,并成功地运用于识别牙轮外锥形状特征;将基于模型引导的识别方法与自顶向下的识别方法相结合,实现了牙齿和齿孔等牙轮典型特征快速、有效的识别。在此基础上开发了"三牙轮钻头特征识别系统",通过本系统可达到:人机交互特征识别能覆盖90%以上的牙轮钻头特征;自动特征识别覆盖率达70%以上。为回转类零件2D工程图的特征识别以及开发其他应用领域的特征识别系统提供了实用化范例。 The realization mechanisms and technologies of form feature recognition are elaborated. Taking account of the characteristic of cone,the rule-based string template matching approach is perfected and used to recognize the cone-surface form feature successfully. The combination of the recognition method based on model-conduction and the top-down recognition method is developed to recognize the typical features of cone rapidly and availably. A three-cone bit feature recognition system is developed. The following results can be achieved: Interactive feature recognition can cover more than 90 percent cone features and automated feature recognition can cover more than 70 percent cone features. It is a practical example of the feature recognition system for 2D engineering drawing of rotational parts and other application areas.
