摘要
介绍了一种在嵌入式系统中开发的车床数控系统的PMC控制模块的设计方法。实现了PMC指令编程和梯形图任意方式编辑PMC程序,高速PMC和低速PMC扫描运算等所有常用的PMC功能。文中讨论了该车床数控系统的工作原理、硬件组成和PMC功能软件设计思想。
This paper presents a method for PMC in economical numerical control system. In this system, PMC command and PMC Ladder can both be used to edit PMC program. And PMC program can run with fast mode and low mode. The principle of operation, hardware composition and the thinking of PM C function＇ s software design for the system are described.
