摘要
生产计划问题是生产管理中十分重要的问题,根据企业各种资源的限制和企业成本最小化的要求,建立了生产计划的数学模型,并通过求解模型对企业生产做出最优化安排。遗传算法非常适用于处理传统搜索方法难以解决的复杂和非线性优化问题,文章提出利用遗传算法对生产计划的优化模型进行仿真,仿真结果表明不仅成本最小,同时满足生产能力和市场需求。为快速制订生产计划提供了一种切实有效的方法。
Production planning is very important in production management. The paper establishes mathematics model of production planning according to enterprises of all kinds of resources constraints and minimize the cost of business requirements, provides the optimized production arrangements by solving the model. Genetic algorithm applies very well to deal with a very traditional search methods difficult to solve the complex and nonlinear optimization problem, the paper proposed the use of genetic algorithms to the optimization of production planning model simulation, the simulation results not only make the minimum cost, while meeting production capacity and market demand. Production plan for the rap id develop ment provides a practical and effective approach.
