摘要
对Acinetobacter lwoffii ChI-06合成几丁质酶抑制剂的发酵过程和发酵动力学进行了研究。应用Logistic方程和Luedeking-Piret方程,得到了描述菌体生长、抑制剂合成及基质消耗的动力学模型。模型反映了该菌体合成抑制剂过程的动力学特征,模型值与实验数据拟合良好。
The chitinase inhibitor production by fermentation with Acinetobacter lwoffii ChI-06 and the kinetics for the chitinase inhibitor production as studied. Based on Logistic equation and Luedeking-Piret equation, the kinetic models describing cell growth,chitinase inhibitor production and substrate consumption were obtained. The models could provide reasonable descriptiott for the chitinase inhibitor fermentation process,and calculated results of models were compared satisfactorily with the experimental data.
