摘要
本文通过对我国工农业发展的历史与现状考察后,认为国家在产业政策与制度、社会文化因素、经济形势、资源与环境、科技研究与推广五个方面的不足,是制约我国工农业协调发展的重要因素。
After investigating the history and present condition of our country industry and agriculture development, it is thinked that the harmonious development of our country industry and agriculture was mainly restricted by the shortage of our country industry policy and system, social cultural factors, economic situation, resources and environment, science and technology research and communication.
