摘要
以公平价格理论作为分析市场经济条件下,我国粮食直补政策中利益关系的逻辑起点。从粮食的特质性、粮食价格不当干预的历史教训中,发现以公平价格理论指导我国粮食直补政策的必要性和合理性;结合现阶段我国粮食直补政策运用中的相关特点和不足,提出了完善我国粮食直补政策的若干构想。
