It has not been disposed completely on the neuro-physiological system of anxiety defect.Presently,it is thought that anxiety defect is relevant to some nervous substances, its a rhythem of the brain wave is less, and its central nervous system involves cerebral cortex,cingulate cortex, amygdaloid body, cerebral ganglion, hippocampus Hypothalamus and brainstem, etc. This paper summarizes the progress in research of anxiety defect.
