摘要
目的:探讨应用ABC时间管理方法在护生临床实习带教中的效果。方法:选择在昆明医学院第一附属医院实习的2003级5年制本科护生112人,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组56人、对照组56人。对照组采用常规方法带教,实验组采用常规带教加上ABC时间管理方法,在实习结束前进行出科理论、操作和护理文件书写考核。结果:实验组的理论、操作考核成绩和护理文件书写质量得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:ABC时间管理方法在护生临床实习带教中应用,有利于护生获得理论知识与临床实践的统一,取得较好的实习效果和质量。
Objective To investigate the application of time management to clinical practice of nursing students. Methods 112 nursing students with bachelor's degree were selected according to their four--year average scores. They were divided into experimental group 56 students and control group 56 students. We used conventional teaching method in the control group, while in experimental group we taught the students in the way Of time management and conventional teaching method. All the students were evaluated before completion of intern in our department. Results The students in experimental group were better than those in control group in theory, practice and quality of nursing document record writing. Conclusion ABC time management method can help improve the competence of self-- management for student nurses. It can also help the student in the combination of theoretical knowledge and clinical practice. For teachers, it can improve their teaching competence. So we gain good results from nursing clinical practice.
