摘要
目的:实验分析蛋白酶抑制剂对Balb/c小鼠弓形虫病的疗效,筛选有效的酶抑制剂,拓展临床对弓形虫病防治用药途径。方法:建立弓形虫病(Balb/c)小鼠模型,观察其患病过程,随机分组,给弓形虫病患鼠选用不同的蛋白酶抑制剂进行治疗,分析其疗效。结果:未经酶抑制剂治疗的Balb/c患鼠均在患病后90h内死亡,患鼠腹水涂片检查,弓形虫发育无异常形态变化。使用蛋白酶抑制剂治疗的Balb/c患病小鼠有8只在患病后200h以上死亡,死亡率占26.7%,患鼠腹水检查,弓形虫发育有一定比例的形态异常。有22只患病小鼠被酶抑制剂治愈,治愈率占73.3%。结论:蛋白酶抑制剂对弓形虫发育和入侵细胞有明显影响,对Balb/c小鼠弓形虫病有较好疗效,其中Pepstatin疗效最佳。
Objective:To choose the effective enzyme inhibitors and develop the medicine ways of preventing toxoplasmosis clinically, analyze the curative effect of proteinase inhibitor on Balb/c mouse toxoplasmosis in experiments. Methods: The mouse modles of toxoplasmosis(Balb/c)were established and the course of falling ill was observed. These experimental mice were randomly divided into 4 groups according to use of different proteinase inhibitors. Result: All of the Balb/c mice without treatment of any enzyme inhibitors died 90 hours later,and the abnormal changes in the shape of toxoplasrma was not found when the ascitic fruid was examined. From the Balb/c mice treated with enzyme inhibitors only eight Balb/c mice died over 200 hours later and the death rate was 26.7%. The abnormal shape changes in toxoplasma development were found in certain proportion. 22 Balb/c mice were cured well by enzyme inhibitor and the cure rate was 73.3 %. Conclusion: The proteinase inhibitors have a clear effect On toxoplasma developing and invading cells and also have a better curative effect on Balb/c mouse toxoplasmosis, especially pepstatin has the best curative effect.
