类风湿性关节炎患者应用益赛普治疗前后血清TNF的变化及其意义

The Change of TNF Level in RA Patients before and after Treatment with YISAIPU and Its Significance

目的:检测类风湿性关节炎(Rheumatoid Arthritis,RA)患者在应用益赛普治疗前后血清TNF的变化,并初步探讨其临床意义。方法:应用ELISA法检测45例RA患者接受益赛普治疗前后血清TNF的变化,并与35例正常健康人做比较。结果:RA患者接受益赛普治疗前血清TNF浓度明显高于正常人(P<0.05),治疗后TNF的表达水平明显下降,与治疗前相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:益赛普可明显下调RA患者体内TNF水平,缓解患者的临床症状,具有良好的临床疗效。

Objective：To detect the change of TNF level in RA patients before and after treatment with YISAIPU （Recombinant Human Tumor Necrosis Factor-O Receptor）, and explore its clinical significance. Methods： ELISA method was used to detect the serum levels of TNF in 45 RA patients before and after treatment with YISAIPU, and the comparison study of their TNF levels was carried out with that of heahhy controls. Results： The serum level of TNF in RA patients was higher than that of healthy adults, however, the content of TNF decreased significantly after treatment with YISAIPU in RA patients（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： YISAIPU can lower the serum level of TNF in RA patients and improve the clinical symptoms.
