Ultrasonographic Features of Galactostasis in Lactation

目的:探讨乳汁淤积的超声影像特征。方法:使用彩色多普勒超声对哺乳期和哺乳期后乳房肿块患者进行检查,并与穿刺、手术及病理检查结果对照,总结乳汁淤积的不同阶段的声像特征。结果:乳汁淤积的类型包括导管扩张、积乳囊肿、感染和实变,超声检查可以通过声像特征明确诊断。结论:超声检查是乳汁淤积的首选检查方法。

Objective： To investigate the sonographic features of galactostasis in lactation. Methods： Patients in lactation and post-lactation were examined by color Doppler uhrasonography. Combined puncture, operation and pathology, the imaging features of galaetocele at different stage were summarized. Results：The type of galaetostasis included duetal ectasia,galactocele, infection and consolidation. The uhrasonographie examination can determine the diagnosis of the disease with imaging features. Conclusions：Uhrasonography is the first choice in diagnosing galaetostasis in lactation.
