Cell phones have both positive and negative impact on the moral education of undergraduates. In the use of cell phones, the paper analyzes not only the positive effect on integrating moral space, enhancing the effectiveness of moral education and the self-education of undergraduates, but also the challenge of moral education in colleges and universities from education model and education goals, and puts forward new countermeasures to enhance the moral education from the educational concept, method, content, and the evaluation.
