摘要
建设国家矿山公园是有效保护和科学利用矿业遗迹资源,加强矿山生态恢复与环境治理,推进资源枯竭型矿业城市经济转型的重要举措之一。本文对国家矿山公园的现状进行了概述,深入分析了建设中存在的问题,阐述了今后发展的对策,并指出了应该发挥的四大特殊功能。
The construction of national mine park is one of the important measures for effective guard ＆ reasonable utilization of mine＇s vestige resource, enhancing ecological restoring ＆ environmental pollution elimination, pushing forward economical pattern conversion of resource impoverished cities. The recent state of national mine park, the problems existed in its construction and the measures to be taken for its development are discussed. Besides, four particular functions of mine park are explained.
