概述印度矿山安全管理体系,包括政府部门、矿山企业、"三方机构"、中介机构;分析印度矿山安全标准化体系,包括印度标准层次、标准化管理组织形式及机制;揭示印度矿山安全标准体系理论特征;为发展我国矿山安全管理与标准体系提供参考。
This paper presents the India＇s mine safety management system framework, including the roles of government, mine enterprises, the tripartite structure, service agencies, analyzes the India＇s standard systems, including the level standards of India, standard management systems, discusses on the theoretical aspects and characteristics of South Africa＇s mine health and safety standardization. The paper is intended to provide some suggestions for the standardization and improvement of mine safety management in China.
