DS18B20及其在分户热计量表中的应用研究

摘要 为了降低传统分户热计量系统温度采集模块的成本,并提高其控制精度,提出了利用美国Dallas半导体公司生产的1-WIRE数字温度传感器DS18B20作为分户热计量的温度采集器件,并对该器件的结构、特点和工作原理作了简单的介绍,对该器件作为分户热计量温度采集的稳定性、漂移和误差作了可行性论证,设计了基于DS18B20和LPC935单片机的热分户计量的温度测量系统.试验表明,该系统稳定可靠,达到了国家的设计要求,并通过了专家的一致评估,具有很好的推广价值. In order to lower the cost of the module which gather temperature of household-based heat meter in traditional and heighten the controlling the precision, the article proposed way of using DS18B20 that produced by DALLAS Semiconductor Company in American to make module for gathering temperature of household-based heat metering. The component's structure, the characteristic and the working principle have been introduced. The stability, drifting and error of the eomponent in household-based heat metering have been proved. The designed system which based on DS18B20 and LPC935 is stable and reliable, it has achieved to meet the national design requirements, and appraisaled by all experts. It is benifit to popular application.
