大湾隧道防排水设计施工工艺与检测

摘要 隧道内防排水是一项复杂的工程,为使工程达到设计要求,在施工过程中,需结合现场水文地质资料,采取有效的措施.以大湾隧道防排水施工的为例,详细介绍了防水工艺中的防水板铺设前准备工作、防水板的铺设焊接、二衬防水混凝土施工、膨胀止水条和橡胶止水带施工等,以及排水施工中的洞内排水和洞外排水工艺.经过对防水板焊缝、防水混凝土进行检测,结果均满足设计要求,基本杜绝了渗漏水现象. It is a complicated engineering to proof and remove water in tunnel. In order to reach the engineering design standard, we should take some advantage measures that are based on the present situation of hydrological geology when we doing our cons-truction. For example, Dawan tunnel conducting work on how to proof water everywhere, consists the preparing work before paving up waterproof shelves, the conjioning work between shelves, the process of using two layers of concrete in building, and puffy and rubber process, as well as the skills of setting aside thewater in holes or outside. Through soldering the flashing and detecting the waterproof concrete, It turn out to be that all resultscan satisfied the design standard, essentially, we have put an end to the phenomenon of water corroding.
