摘要
碳纤维补强加固技术是利用碳素纤维布和专用结构胶对建筑物构件进行补强加固的工程技术措施.以汉延渠掌政渡槽采用碳纤维补强加固为例,概括介绍了碳纤维补强加固的基本原理、材料性能以及施工工艺.工程补强加固后效果明显,达到了修复建筑物结构缺陷的目的.该技术具有强度高、质量轻、施工简便的特点,是一项可推广应用的新技术,其市场发展前景良好.
The reinforcing and strengthening technology of carbon-fiber is an engineering measure which is used for reinforcing building element. Taking Zhangzheng aqueduct of Hanyan channel as an example, the article summarized basic principle and the material performance and analyzed the construction craft. Reinforcing and strengthening effect of Carbon-fiber canvas is obvious. This method can strengthen the bearing force of component and repair the defect of structure basically without increasing the cross section of component. Carbon-fiber canvas is a new technology and material, which can be widely applied.
