莫深1井PDC钻头优化设计及应用 被引量:2

摘要 莫深1井是中国石油最深的风险探井,也是集团公司重大科技现场试验项目之一。莫深1井三开Φ311mm井眼设计段长2000 m,具有埋藏深,夹层多,岩石可钻性差,钻井液密度较高的特点,钻头的性能指标,直接影响到莫深1井的钻井周期和钻井成本。三开PDC钻头设计引用了岩石三轴抗压强度分析技术的成果,对切削齿布齿密度、切削结构参数、工作角度和水力结构进行优化设计,在提高钻头工作稳定性方面,首次开展了PDC钻头的计算机仿真钻井模拟试验,保证钻头在井下稳定的工作状态。现场应用证明,优化设计的PDC钻头机械钻速和进尺都比邻井高出数倍,对降低钻井成本有着积极意义。 MS1 is the deepest exploratory well planned by PetroChina and it is one of the key science and technical research project examined at field too.φ311mm hole section was designed with 2000 m long and featured with hard stringers interbeded,poor drillability and higher mud weight.Drilling progress and cost will be immediately affected by bit performance.Rock confined compressive strength was analyzed to optimize PDC bit design for the third drilling interval,which will be used as the factors to determine cutter density,lay-out profile and working angles and hydraulic structures.Computer simulation on the spot was introduced to analyze bit movement to ensure bit working in a stable manner.It was verified after field application that the PDC bit performance designed by optimum design technology was much better than offsite well's and that played a positive role in the aspect of reducing drilling cost.
