摘要
HW 801井是新疆油田第一口天然气藏欠平衡长位移水平井,其水平段长超过1000m,并且采用欠平衡钻井方式完成。该井施工涉及长水平段轨迹控制、全过程欠平衡工艺、低密度钻井液及天然气藏保护等多项新工艺技术的应用与结合,本文主要是从HW 801井的钻井设计与施工的几个关键技术环节进行介绍,为今后类似井的钻完井提供可借鉴的成功经验。
Well HW801 is the first under-balanced horizontal gas well with long horizontal displacement,which horizontal interval length is over 1,000m.The execution of this well includes combination and application of wellbore tractory control technique for long horizontal displacement,overall process of under-balanced drilling operation,technique of lightweight fluids and protecting natural gas reservoirs,etc.Combined with the design and implementation of well HW801,This paper principally introduces key points of the technique,And also provides experiences for the application of this technique in similar drilling and completion work in the future.
